Position Goal: We are seeking a meticulous Operations Support Specialist to become a member of our team. For someone with some past experience who is prepared to accept full responsibility for broker support, account management, compliance, and client/broker interactions, this is an associate-level position. During a period of transition, you will collaborate closely with an experienced team member and have a clear route to eventually assuming full responsibility for the position.

- Make maintenance requests on the client’s or broker’s behalf
- Help clients with outreach for KYC
- Share account updates, modifications, or problems with back-office departments.
- Send in the required documents, emails, and presentations via Red Oak for the broker’s compliance assessment and approval.
- On behalf of the broker team, send priority client text recommendations.

- Use Dropbox Sign to send documents that need signatures and an audit trail.
- Communicate with the team as needed to keep them informed of significant developments.

Qualifications
To land this role, you will need:
- Two to four years of experience in financial services, operations, or a similar field
- Excellent attention to detail and ease handling documentation and compliance needs
- Proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Demonstrated capacity to independently handle several objectives and pay close attention to procedures
- Easily picking up new software and systems
