As Monzo’s third line of defense, internal audit is here to support the company’s safe expansion. We’re looking for a passionate Senior Audit Transformation Lead to help us create an outsized impact for the Internal Audit function.
This is a very cross-functional position that provides you with a comprehensive and worldwide perspective of Monzo. As an individual contributor, you will work at the nexus of data, product design, and assurance to promote change.

- Finding innovation opportunities requires close collaboration with the audit team, the Head of Professional Practices, and the Senior Audit Innovation and Enablement Lead.
- Modernizing the Internal Audit function by integrating technology into our operations.

- Establishing cooperative working connections with external stakeholders, such as Risk and Compliance, outside of Internal Audit.
